DANCE TEACHER - MIRIAM BRECKNER
Miriam is the founder and director of The Official Dance Party. (Please see our party page for more information!)
She trained at Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts where her training included Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip hop, Musical Theatre, Singing, acting and voice. She has 10 years teaching experience; teaching credits include North London Collegiate School, Annemount School and Spencer Stage School.
DRAMA TEACHER - ROSIE WARD
Rosie is also the Principal of MHSPA and trained in Acting at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. She continues to work as a professional actor in a range of projects.
She loves working with young people, and as well as teaching at MHSPA, she facilitates pre-school music & movement classes for Movers and Shakers, and runs an educational theatre company.
SINGING TEACHER - EIMEAR O'RIORDAN
Eimear trained at The Urdang Academy : BA(Hons) in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.
Since graduating in 2014, she has performed in a range of musicals and plays including Ms Jones in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," The Sour Kangeroo in "Seussical," and A Featured Vocalist in "Andrew Lippa Concert at The Old Finsbury Town Hall."
WICKED MINI CREW TEACHER - TBC
Isabella completed a BA (hons) degree in Acting from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA).
Her credits include a 5 month Children's Theatre tour in Italy to working with a prestigious all-female Shakespeare company. A recent short film she did was featured on
Channel 4's Random Acts!
ASSISTANTS & HELPERS
ASSISTANTS are assigned to a crew & rotate with the children. Their role is to support the teacher and provide any extra pastoral care the kids require.
JAMES RALLISON runs the MHSPA kitchen; cooking and serving the kids' pasta. He also takes the sign in from 4:10pm
He holds a Food Hygiene Certificate, First Aid Certificate & a DBS check; and is also a professional actor!
LAMDA TEACHER - SAMUEL CLAYTON
Sam trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in Acting, and since graduating, has worked for The Old Vic in "The Winslow Boy" & the BBC in "Inspector George Gently."
Sam runs his own company, taking Shakespeare workshops into schools. He is well versed in Lamda, having taken exams himself to medal level, and has taught both private and group classes.
All our members of staff have undergone an enhanced DBS Check and hold a current, enhanced DBS Certificate. All our staff are fully insured and we have 2 members of staff who have undergone Health & Safety Training.
